YHC traveled to the island of Batesburg-Leesville-Leesville. It might as well be island as many consider it a far away drive. Some of the PAX were asking ” who is Arrears?” Well…..
YHC has been posting on Saturday’s with Smokehouse for Ultimate Frisbee. (Hat tip to Matlock for bringing me into the fold). After a few months, I decided it was time to show some love by leading a boot camp. Even if that meant waking up at 4am and leaving by 4:15am because there are no local (suitable) accommodations – besides the Leesville Lodge . . . . .
Conditions: 73 degrees, not a breeze or gust in sight.

The Thang
Time to get:
Head to the track with the goal of reaching the #blockpile the long way. Start at side of track:
- 5 burpees, plank on 6
- Counterclock wise to turn 2, 5 burpees, 15 merkins, plank on 6
- Turn 3, 5 burpees, 15 merkins, 25 squats, plank on 6
- To the block pile. 5 burpees, 15 merkins, 25 squats, 35 overhead press
EMOM
- 10 curls, 10 overheads, 10 chest press – 1 round
- 12, curls, 12 overheads, 12 chest press – 4 rounds
- 10 bent over rows, 10 block swings, 3 burpees, 4 rounds
Back down the elevator,
- 5 burpees, 15 merkins, 25 squats, 35 overhead press
- Turn 3, 5 burpees, 15 merkins, 25 squats, plank on 6
- Turn 2, 5 burpees, 15 merkins, plank on 6
- Back to the start, 5 burpees
Cool off on the field, back to the parking lot for Mary.
