6 PAX posted [mostly] on time and ready to take on whatever it was that YHC dreamed up. Given that there were storms in the forecast, YHC can [almost] forgive more PAX for not showing. Also, YHC is known for difficult workouts, so YHC understands.
Conditions: Near perfect; cool and clear; decent amount of humidity [that’s a technical term, for all you non-weather savvy folks]
Circle up near the SF for some arm circles, overhead arm claps, dirty birds, and backwards arm circles.
Mosey to the front exit corner of the parking lot for 10 squats IC
Mosey to the other front corner for 10 merkins OYO
Mosey to the kindergarten breezeway for bear crawls
Mosey to the front middle of the parking lot for 20 [each leg] flutter kicks OYO
Mosey to the SF corner for 10 squats OYO
Now that you have the pattern, keep going AMRAP with 20 squats -> 15 merkins -> 20 squats -> bear crawl -> flutter kicks -> back to squats.
After about 25ish minutes of that, mosey to the wall near the SF for wall sits on YHC’s count.
After that, circle up for Dealer’s Choice Mary; exercises included BBSUs, LBCs, Freddie Mercurys, Heel Touches, and [of course] boat-canoes.
- Put this on your calendar for June and moving forward. 2nd F opportunity on Tuesday, June 11th. We will meet at a restaurant (TBD) that evening to hang out. Will start at 8-815pm so you can take care of your nightly responsibilities. Moving forward we will do this monthly and it will be the night of the kamikaze. Usually the kamikaze is on the first Tuesday of the month, but for June there was a schedule change. So if you can’t make it this month plan on July 2.
