Mosey to the block pile and select a block for you and your partner
Return to Ken Doll Alley for Dora 1000
Partner 1 performs exercise while Partner 2 runs KD Alley and back and then flap jack. Exercises were:
200 Merkins on block per team
200 Squats with block per team
200 Curls for the Girls per team
200 LBC’s with block per team
200 modified Napalms with block per team (over head press and tricep extension)
