The Thang:

Merkins at doors 12, 13, 14 = 39
Lunges at doors 14, 13, 12 = 39
Derkins at doors 19, 20 = 39

Team up in threes for a grinder
390 mountain climbers while other 2nd pax runs gauntlet on stairs (or whatever you think gauntlet should be), 3rd pax flutter kicks then rotate till mountain climbers are complete.

390 dips while 2nd pax runs gauntlet on stairs (or ramps this time), 3rd pax wall sits then rotate till dips are complete.

Big boy sit-ups at CATE doors 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4 = 39
Burpees at SpringHill doors 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 = 39

13 pull-ups (curls if need to substitute), Repeat 3x
