–Run to third pole stopping at each pole – 15 merkins – back pedal to each pole doing merkins at each. This was a crowd pleaser
-Mosey down to bottom of same hill & grab your partner
–Working to 200 squats
–P1 does squats
–P2 runs to top of hill and back
