1-Stair Suicides (its nice to see some stairs at this AO) rotate once complete
2-Box Jumps- rotate once tagged out by group 1
3-Wall Jumps over and back-rotate once tagged out by group 2
Awesome 8 or Awful depending if you are a glass is half empty or half full kinda guy
