YHC in collaboration with Gravedigger decided to introduce a new monthly workout to The Hollow. The Tomcat was born. Today was a trial run and the workout was received well by The PAX. After the first set of steps YHC was thankful for Gravedigger’s sound advice to remove the two laps around the track from the circuit.
The Thang:
Prayer
The Tomcat (carrying a brick in each hand)
Up and down all the stairs in front of the gym. When you finish the stairs you have 25 merkins and 25 LBCs. Run down the ramp and bear crawl up. Run down the ramp again and crab walk up. Up and down all the stairs in front of LOPAC. 25 merkins and 25 LBCs after. Rinse and repeat dropping 1 merkin and 1 LBC each time.
After the workout the PAX providing feedback and we may begin at 20 merkins and 20 LBC’s and add 1 each lap with the goal of getting to 25. 5 laps in 35 minutes was strong today. Next time we will start at the gym and get a full 45 minutes in.
