12 pax posted at Turning Point for a workout on the day YHC turned 37. The workout featured the #37 in multiple forms (3 x 7 = 21 and 3 + 7 = 10), also given that today was the 21st of the 3rd month. Also the pattern of the COP stations made a 3 and a 7 (YHC didn’t have time to make a diagram, so just take it on faith). Of course, things get a little “Crazy” when YHC Qs at this AO. Most normal pax might hire a Clown or a Magician for their birthday party, but YHC decided to invite the Kamikaze to make a special birthday party appearance. Fun was had by all, and the party favors were #gettingbetter to #bebetter!

- Partner 1 does work, choosing from Merkins, Squats, or BBSU
- Partner 2 runs from the soccer goal, up the hill touches the school, and back
- Tag off and flapjack keeping continuous count of reps
- Rinse and Repeat until the team hits 370
- As teams finish, #Iam3rd kicked in as pax joined other teams to help complete the reps.
Circle up for Mary – Boneyard Version: Transition from 1 exercise to the next all the way through the sequence starting with 1 rep, the repeat through the sequence in reverse and increase reps by 1, Rinse and Repeat up to 4 reps.

- YHC received a badge of honor – Quest’s Declaration of “Stupid Q” midway through the Mary Circuit. YHC will treasure it always! Maybe they can make a patch for it?
- Signs of spring are the need for towels for the ride home. Although YHC was not as dirty today as he was last week after the SHAKE-N-BAKE Q.
- The grass level on the hill was tame today. YHC hopes the little black seeds can return for Thursday’s full size edition of the Kamikaze.
