The Beech is that way!

This morning was YHC’s first venture over to Lexington’s newest AO, The Beech House.  What an awesome campus and an even better bunch of guys!  It was great to see all the new faces!  These guys are committed and with MT and FG at the helm, great things are going to happen at this place!  YHC is looking forward to watching these men grow in their fitness, fellowship, and most of all in their faith.  We had some good fun at The Beech House this morning.  Here’s what went down:

Approximately 100 yards of 20’ wide concrete runway

Sprint from one end to the other – approx. 100yds

Sprint back – 100yds

Mosey back around to the front of the school to the big wall

Wall sit

PAX on the far end will complete Burpees x 5 then the next guy goes until all PAX have completed 5 burpees

Announcements:  Cheech’s Birthday celebration at Stride tomorrow morning starting at 5:00am.  Stride meets behind the old courthouse next to Groucho’s Deli.  Cheech 10K on Saturday, November 16th.  You can still get registered.  MT and FG will be putting some extra work in on off days if anyone wants to join them.

Moleskin:  It was great to see all the new faces this morning at The Beech House! YHC talked a little in the COT about how we can encourage each other to stick with this.  It’s gonna get cold soon and the fartsack will be tough to overcome, but you will NEVER be sorry you showed up to get better and most of all to support your brothers.  Embrace all 3 F’s!  If you stick with it, you will become more fit (1st F).  If you stick with it, you will develop new meaningful relationships (2nd F).  If you stick with it, you will become stronger in your faith (3rd F).  The 3rd F is the glue that holds this thing together.  Keep your eyes open to it and you’ll see that God has brought you to F3 for a reason!  God is not done with us!  Keep pushing that rock, men!
