Partner up and each team grab a block and mosey to stadium. Each team had to do 100 squats with block, 100 curls, 100 overhead press, and 100 tricep extensions. 1 pax would do exercise while other ran down stadium stairs and back up. then flip flopping. Plank wait on 6.
Mosey to field. On your 6 for alternating BBSU’s with block. 50 each side.
Bear crawl Burpee ladder 5 yards until time was called. Put block up and mosey to flag.
