Mosey to track. Make 2 lines for Indian run. One line demonstrated proper form but the other one demonstrated how not to do Indian run. Lap and half around track stop at block pile.

Partner up and each team grab a block and mosey to stadium. Each team had to do 100 squats with block, 100 curls, 100 overhead press, and 100 tricep extensions. 1 pax would do exercise while other ran down stadium stairs and back up. then flip flopping. Plank wait on 6.

Mosey to field. On your 6 for alternating BBSU’s  with block. 50 each side.

Bear crawl Burpee ladder 5 yards until time was called. Put block up and mosey to flag.
