YHC grabbed the Q for today without thinking that I had taken the day off of work – well the kind of work that you get paid for. So no sleeping in for me.

Pair up in groups of 2 for the following. Since we had an odd count, YHC was a third wheel alongside Fezzik and Sauce.
Round 1 – Partner 1 runs across the parking lot to the curb and back while Partner 2 does the exercise. Flapjack. Team totals were:
- 50x Double Block Declines
- 100x Golden Arches (2 blocks vertical, on your back, feet up and over both blocks is one rep)
- 150x Dips and Shrugs Medley
Round 2 – Partner 1 block carries to between the parking spots while Partner 2 does the exercise. Flapjack. Team totals were:
- 50x Blockees
- 100x CFTGs
- 150x BORs and OHPs Medley
Round 3 – Partner 1 farmers carries 2 blocks to the middle of the center parking spots while Partner 2 does the exercise. Flapjack. Team totals were:
- 50x BBSUs
- 100x Hand Release Merkins
- 150x Bobby Hurleys
Return the blocks and meet back at the flag.
