It’s been just shy of 6 months since YHC has had the pleasure of leading the men of F3 Lexington’s original Area of Operation. With so many options, YHC had a tough time picking where on campus the punishment would take place. Stairs are always fun so let’s use those. Plyo movements are a lot of fun so let’s do that. Combine the two and you have snotwoggler.
