The Turning Point Twitter guy called for #DRP & smokeboots Wednesday evening. To post in temps that feel like low 20s is a hard thing that does require a red pill. Smokeboots were also required this AM for this smokefest. Plenty of burpees, a little bit of running & some strategic plyo movements earned us about 1.5 miles worth of activity. We didn’t even get to the real crowdpleasing finale. Maybe next time. Here’s what we did:
