34 faithful defeated the ‘sack this AM to celebrate Shawshank’s One Year Anniversary. All AOs have their own personality and strengths and are special in their own way. YHC strongly believes Shawshank is second to none in all of F3 Nation. This is a special group of men who sharpen each other daily with strength, encouragement, accountability & mumblechatter. So, while we celebrated Shawshank on it’s anniversary, this was also a final reunion. Shawshank is splitting for a 2nd time (SnakePit) on Thursday with the launch of Lexington’s newest AO at Lexington High School.

-Great work from the pax today. On a humid day, the pax endured about 1500 yds of sprints and tons of merkins. There was some complaining but it was in the form of mumblechatter which is acceptable.
