Devotion:
So much praying going on this morning I forgot to mention I had a devotion of my own. Probably because I started to crash and burn near the closing prayer, but anyways. The other day I came up for bed and saw my wife reading her bible, which prompted me to open mine. I usually write down verses during church and go back and read them. On this day I happened to read Philippians 4:6-9 Which reads:

“Do not worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Keep putting into practice all your learned and received from me – everything you heard from me and saw me doing. Then the God of peace will be with you.”

As I finished reading this I look to my wife and say do you want to hear what i just read? So i read it out loud to her and she says, “What were you just reading?” I tell her… and by coincidence we happened to be reading the exact same thing. Talk about having a moment with your wife. Just wanted to share that with you guys. Great passage and also may be something you need to read.
