15 Stations: Picnic / Grassy Area

Station 1:

Two 5 gallon buckets 50 yards apart. One full of water, one empty. Two blocks and two cups, small and large next to full bucket. Farmers carry one block and small cup full of water to empty bucket. If you prefer to carry the large cup, you must carry two blocks. Once complete, rotate stations.

Station 2:

Balance on exercise ball

Station 3:

Offset merkins using a block

Station 4:

Bear crawl, crawl bear and plank walk between 3 trees, RR

Station 5:

Roman dead lift using a block

Station 6:

Curls using a block

Station 7:

Step ups on table with a twist using a block

Station 8:

Squat press on table using a block

Squats on table using a pole
