After an extended Q hiatus… and a slightly less extended running hiatus, YHC decided to get back in the mix and dig the AOQ and his talkative shovel flag out of the hole they were in. As he said this morning at 0dark 30 in the morning, he hasn’t been able to Q (or post for that matter), but now is able to that morning, so he did. Breakfast Club admitted that he was confused. Not hard to do at 0500.
12 Pax posted for this Q’s thang that was begrudgingly accepted by certain Pax as a right-hand turning tour of Carriage Hill Lakes, YHC’s home neighborhood. The fear was they would get lost as in previous experience. This Q promised they wouldn’t because how can you get lost just by turning right.. and turning right again.. and again. I suppose if you’re a NASCAR driver, you might. Joking aside, here we go:
Conditions: 61°F with a brisk breeze coming from every direction
Thang: Head south on 6 and turn RIGHT onto Carriage Lakes Dr. Turn RIGHT onto every street and cul-de-sac until you reach 6 again (Either via Cumberland or Carriage Lakes Drive) Follow this route as time allows and meet up for some wholesome BOM… and it WAS Wholesome!!!
Naked Moleskin: This run was pleasant. It was rad. It tripped up a pax who did a graceful roll. Had he stuck the landing he’d gotten a 10.0 from this judge. YHC’s watch had him flying for the first 3/4 a mile giving him a 3:30 first mile. (See This)
