Pair up and mosey to weight room, YHC set up 12 stations to rotate through all timed off the first exercise
- 1-Parking lot sprint with 5 burpees at each cone, rotate once completed
- 2-Kettle bell Swings 15 & 20lb
- 3-Shoulder Press- 45lb bar
- 4-Wall mountain climbers/ Balls to the wall
- 5-Wall sits holding 20lb plate
- 6-Partner BBSU passing 30lb plate
- 7-Ropes
- 8-Dips
- 9-Pullups/Hangs
- 10-Box Jumps
- 11- Decline Merkins
- 12- Broad Jump Burpees
Once completed mosey back to parking lot for a long distance triple nickel. Start at far side of parking lot run to top of hill 5 squats and run back 5 merkins x3
