YHC was honored to have a solid group of Pax for my birthday Q. All pax were treated to the wonderful music of 1972 which was the year my birth and it seemed to be motivational. Good work by all and special T-Claps to Iron Mary and Hoist for bringing their 50k worn out bodies to BC to get better.

Mosey to breezeway and circle up but time expired so mosey back to SF
PAX didn’t seem to notice, but all completed 46 reps of each exercise. YHC has been blessed with 46 years on earth this day and wanted to celebrate that achievement throughout the workout.
