A year ago, YHC came to Ambush after an EH from Sawdust and Kenwood. YHC was told to bring a towel and a pair of gloves. Not much more than that. Dunphy had the Q that morning and YHC will never forget that beatdown. A humbling experience. Maybe horrible better describes it. YHC had to come back to prove to that YHC could keep up. So a year later, the beatdowns still hurt, but I have found that the brotherhood is what we all come for. YHC wants to thank each PAX that he has worked out with along the way for the words of encouragement.

Mosey to the Football field
We broke up in to 3 groups of three.
Line up on sideline. Each pax takes turns carrying 2 blocks to the center of the field then flips a tire to the opposite sideline and back to the center. Picks up the two blocks and returns to where he started. While he is gone the other pax are doing AMRAP of 10 burpees, 10 squats, 10 flutter kicks (4count) and Repeating.
There was three different size tires and each group rotated to all three. All the pax got a chance to flip all three tires.
Mosey back to flag.
