YHC always enjoys his time out at Surge. These guys work hard and get after it. There must have been 8 or 9 of us for stridelite. Maybe more since counting is not my forte. Anyway when the 5:15 hit we had 19 men in the parking lot, although one was on two wheels sliding in. Below is what happened.

5 burpees IC, 10 Merkins, 15 Squats, 20 tricep extensions, 4 laps around the parking lot.
5 burpees IC, 10 Merkins, 15 Squats, 20 tricep extensions, 25 lateral raises, 30 CFTG’s.
Mosey back to the brick pile and return bricks.
