On the eve of 9/11 YHC wanted to pay tribute to the heroes of Flight 93 that went down near Shanksville, PA. YHC’s 2.1 is named in honor of Jermy Glick, one of the heroes on the Flight 93. Specifically my daughter, after his daughter.
THE THANG:
1 minute warning, intro, disclaimer, prayer
Mosey around the parking lot the the center to begin our tribute. Just like the heroes on Flight 93, the pax will work together as a team.
Each pax spun the EDUCATIONAL WONDERLAND spinner (numbered 1 thru 6) and then ran to the corresponding location to do (as a group) 93 of each of the exercises noted for the station. This process was repeated for 42 minutes (the exact length of YHC playlist)

- SQUATS/FLUTTER KICKS
- MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS/PLANK JACKS
- IMPERIAL WALKERS/CALF RAISES
- WILDCARD (at this station the pax who spun picked an exercise)
A short MARY time was left and YHC’s playlist ended right on time
