YHC and Juice started the day off with a little SL. For the last month or so YHC has been running to and from my POST… great BRR training. Thankfully I had a neighbor that said he would bring my bag with shoes, water, gloves, etc. Less weight! Thanks Bambi!!! After hanging my bag on his truck I headed out to meet Juice. We had a great run, only problem was Bambi fartsacked on me. I told him I want my airbrushed “Myrtle Beach 2014 BFF” shirt back for doing that. Its over.

Grab a block and head to the parking lot.
Zero line is the start. With block in tow, run to the first line and do one burpee. Run back to zero line and now run to line two. Do two burpees. Always run back to zero line with block before advancing. Every 5th line we change exercise.
