YHC didn’t know what kind of crowd to expect on a wet and busy CSAUP Saturday. YHC was surprised when some of the big guns of the Shank showed up. With the Quarry run and the Firetruck pull YHC didn’t know how many to expect. As the 6 of most workouts YHC knew it was imperative to make it so that the big dawgs don’t get bored and go home. There was lots of mumble chatter before we got started about soreness which made YHC happy.
Conditions: 63 deg and wet/humid

Mosey to brick/block pile and grab your choice Circle up for some H.U.M.P.S.
All pax were to do 10 of the following : Heel touches(3 count), Upright rows, Merkins, Plank Jacks(3 count) and Squats. While this was being done, 1 pax would peel off and flip a tire from midfield to the goal line. Rinse and repeat until everyone had a turn with the tire.
Thank you Field Goal for getting the water out of the tire.
Mosey to one of the hills for 5 rounds of a modified Jacob’s Ladder.
Bear crawl to the top, 5 BBSU, walk down and 10 Iron Crosses. Imperial Walkers until all pax were done. This was round 1.
BBSU and Iron Crosses were incremented by 5 until all rounds were complete. A total of 125 BBSU and 150 Iron Crosses.
The mumble chatter during this was priceless.
Mosey to a smaller field for some crowd pleasing squats.
A total of 875 squats by all pax.
No better way to end the last 5 minutes than with some squats. All line up and take turns sprinting to the light pole and back. While 1 pax sprints the others are squatting. All take turns and plank when your 125 are complete.
Mosey back to the shed.
