- Mozey to next corner – 10 Squats
- Mozey to midfield – 10 Merkins
- Mozey to last corner – 10 Squats
- Mozey to start/jungle gym – 10 pull-ups/ Body rows
- Laps 3&4:
- Mozey half lap to opposite corner – 15 Squats & 10 merkins
- Mozey half lap back to start corner – 15 Squats & 10 merkins & 10 pull-ups/ Body rows
- Laps 5&6:
- Mozey one lap and 30 Squats & 20 Merkins & 10 pull-ups / body rows
- Laps 7&8: same as 3&4
- Laps 9&10: same as 1&2
