It was a perfect morning to be in the gloom. Before bootcamp we had seven pax for stridelite/ rucklite. YHC wanted to go heavy on miles this morning so two rounds of the merlot mile were on tap. We worked on good form with the reps. Well some of us did. Below is what went down.

We ran around the campus and stopped every 1/4 mile for some exercises.
Round 1
1/4 mile- 15 Merkins
1/2 mile- 15 merkins, 20 Squats
3/4 mile- 15 merkins, 20 Squats, 25 Dips
1 mile- 15 merkins, 20 squats, 25 dips, 30 Gas pumps
Round 2
1/4 mile- 20 merkins, 20 squats, 20 dips, 20 Gas pumps
1/2 mile- 20 merkins, 20 squats, 20 dips, 20 Gas pumps
3/4 mile- 20 merkins, 20 squats, 20 dips, 20 Gas pumps
1 mile- 20 merkins, 20 squats, 20 dips, 20 Gas pumps
Overall we had a little over 2 miles, 140 merkins, 140 Squats, 130 Dips, 110 Gas Pumps. Not bad for 45 minutes
