It’s always a great day to post at Stride and today was no exception. I’m convinced a couple of 10k’s per week are what I need to keep me in the shape I need to be in to make everything work efficiently. You don’t have to run fast. Just come out and stick to a nice and easy pace. If you can’t complete the full 10k within the one hour window, then just modify. Here’s the route we ran this morning.
