#LegDay Post BRR??? He wouldn’t, would he?

So the tradition continues.  Q after a CSAUP event.  No better way to make sure you remove yourself from the comforts of the fartsack then ensuring that you have to be somewhere to lead some #HIM in the gloom.

Weather: Mid 60’s, Moist ™, and a bit humid

The Thang:

Enthusiastic disclaimer, prayer

Mosey around parking lot, up and around, and then back to the back parking lot for COP

SSH x 10 IC
TTT x 10 IC
Imperial Walkers x 10 IC

Mosey down the sidewalk, through the breezeway, down the stairs…whoop, just a little bit father to what is apparently called Snake Corner (or something like that).

  • 10 Rounds
    • 20 Mountain Climbers
    • 20 Air Squats aka Squat
    • 20 BBSU
    • 20 Alternating Lunges

After each round, run down the track, up and down the stairs, and then back to the track corner.  Side note: Only one pax finished all ten rounds…guessing the one who finished all gen did so because they skipped the ol soft AO, Crypt, last Thursday.

Mosey back to the flag, or close to it but not the same spot that we started

BOM/Devo

Power of prayer.  God answers even the smallest of prayers, and gives you strength to endure.  Many of the times, all that is required is we ask our father for help…but we are often to stubborn to ask. During the BRR, I and many of the other pax spent time in prayer…prayers varied but there is no doubt all were heard.  We prayed for safety, for strength, breathe, and to make sure we left no doubt out there that we were giving our all to honor our brother, Cheech.
