Conditions; 38 and windy
Mosey to the Block Pile and grab your block. Mosey to the opposite end of the lower football field.
First 10 minutes; 15 curls and then Lung 30 yards and back (repeat for 7 minutes)
Next 10 minutes; 15 Shoulder press and then Lung 30 yards and back (repeat for 10 minutes)
Next 10 Minutes; 10 Burpees with the Block and then Lung 30 yards and back (repeat for 10 minutes with a backwards mosey to the other goal line and back)
Next 10 minutes; 15 Deadlifts with the block and jog to the 30 yards and back and a mosey to the other goal line
Mosey back and back to put up the bricks.
the Last 2-3 minutes were Imperial Walkers and back to the , well there was no Shovel Flag.
