Labor Day is over. It’s BRR week, and YHC was sort of in taper mode today, but not completely. It’s also YHC’s birthday again this Saturday.

Leave bricks behind – run to the entrance sign and back.

Start with BBSU X 10 OYO. Run together to next corner. Repeat at each corner. 51 total BBSU

Repeat with Iron Cross X 10 OYO at each corner. 51 total Iron Crosses.

Repeat with squats X 20 OYO. That’s 80 total, but still more than 51. Thought about burpees instead of squats, but it is BRR week after all….

2 Timothy 4:7 “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” The BRR is coming this week. Life is like a race. Sometimes the going gets tough, and we have to deal with a lot of adversity. We have to keep pushing, persevering, no matter how tough the situation gets. It will be interesting to watch how the USC football team responds to their adversity. Will they feel sorry for themselves, or will they rise up and get stronger? What will you do in the face of adversity?
