(15) Curls for the girls then lunge to the other sideline of the court and start with (1) Burpee. Lunge back where you started. Rinse and repeat adding (1) curl and (1) burpee to each set until you get to (20) curls and (5) burpees.
Return Blocks.
(1) Lap around the school (fellowship pace) finishing back at the basketball court.
(15) Air squats then bear crawl to the other sideline of the court and start with (25) LBC’s, bear crawl back to where you started. Rinse and repeat adding (1) air squat and (1) LBC to each set until you get to (19) air squats and (29) LBC’s.
