Since YHC’s 50th birthday is this Friday during the BRR, today was my birthday Q. Last year I learned that it is best not to schedule a birthday Q the Tuesday after the BRR. Friday is also Detour’s 50th birthday. He confirmed that he was born in a different hospital, so we were not switched at birth.

The workout went something like this – 50 reps of everything:
SSH X 25 IC
Merkins X 10 IC
SSH X 25 IC to get to a total of 50.
Merkins X 10 IC
Squats X 25 IC for 50 total.
Merkins X 10 on my count to get to a total of 50
Imperial Walkers X 50 IC.
Mosey towards Reaper Hill, stopping to do a 50-yard bear crawl along the way.
Run down to first light and back. Rinse and repeat.
BBSU X 25 OYO
Run down to first light and back. Rinse and repeat.
BBSU X 25 OYO
Run down to first light and back.
10 Burpees OYO
Repeat run and 10 burpees until 50 burpees completed.
Run down to first light and back.
50 LBC’s OYO
Run down to first light and back.
50 Calf raises OYO, each leg
Run down to first light and back.
50 Squats OYO
Didn’t make it to 50 trips up and down the hill due to time constraints.
Mosey back to shovel flag.
Flutter kicks X 50 IC – 38 for Cheech as YHC always does and 12 for YHC and Detour’s birthday.
