I communicated the IPC workout to make sure everyone knew what to do. Here’s how it went.

50 Hand Release Release Merkins
100 Leg Raises
150 Jungle Boi Squats “2Spoonz Style”
200 Big Boy Sit-ups
250 Stationary Lunge Steps (ct ea leg as 1 rep)
Lesson learned for next time. Don’t do a warmup. These workouts take around 45 minutes or longer.

If you have not been tempted in some kind of way today, just know at some point you will be. Every day we are tempted with pleasure. We are tempted with power. We are tempted with position. We are tempted with possessions. It is nothing new. In fact all throughout human history, temptation has been the same.The good news is that God will offer you the power to resist and an escape to be free. To stay resilient we have to take God up on his offer.
