In memory of Digits

The F3 and FIA nation is in shock once again.  We have lost one of our own, Digits, a mother, wife, FIA sister, and avid runner.  Each morning, we wake up early with the goal of improving ourselves, spending time with our brothers and sisters, and working on our spiritual health.  The PAX of The Arena are deeply saddened by the loss of Digits.  We are lifting up her family and friends, as well as our FIA sisters, in prayer, asking for comfort and healing in this tragedy.  She leaves behind a husband and three young children.

  • Round 1: Everyone holds the block overhead while one pax does overhead press x5
  • Round 2: Everyone holds the block overhead while one pax does curls x 5
  • Round 3: Everyone curls the blocks while one pax does curl+press x 5
  • Round 4: Everyone does flutter kicks holding block above chest while one pax does chest press x10
  • Round 5: Everyone holds the blocks overhead while one pax does bent over rows x 10
  • Round 6: Everyone does American Hammer while one pax does dips x 10
  • Round 7: Half the pax do wall sits while the other half runs a lap around the school
  • Round 8: Everyone holds plank on the blocks while one pax does 5 merkins on the block
  • Round 9: Everyone holds the block overhead and walks as a group about 30 yards then back to the gate to put the blocks up\
  • Round 10: Everyone holds wall sit while one pax does monkey humpers x10

While moseying back to the shovel flag, lunge for approx. 25 yards.
