Impromptu Leg Day at TP

YHC got the text to the bullpen from Tater this morning, stomach-ailing, in need to an impromptu Q from yours truly.

11 PAX joined me for a fun leg day- hopefully I remembered everything we did fairly accurately, as I was making it up on the spot.

Conditions- about 73 and a little humid

Mosey to a random spot for COP all IC:

SSH, Through the tunnel, Arm circles forward and reverse, Imperial Walkers, Mountain Climbers

Mosey to the bus loop for the following instructions: PAX will complete called out exercise, then has a choice of a lap around the bus loop, or a bear crawl or crab walk to the planter about 30 yards away and back. Most PAX chose the loop every time. Plank until everyone arrived and then rinse and repeat with a different exercise.

Peace and Hope

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we[a] have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we[b]boast in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we[c] also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.

We can have hope of the glory of God in our sufferings, because that makes us better. Here in Romans it produces perseverance, character, and hope. We all want and we all need hope. Even when we are in the valleys of life and in the midst of suffering, give God the glory, that suffering makes us stronger.
