How to Beat a SC Blizzard

***Posted on behalf of Kukoc***

WEATHER
Expected Freezing, Actual 42 degrees

YHC was found amidst a dispute over who would lead the valiant Pax of F3Lexington’s leading run group Stride.  As we concluded our run last Friday, YHC quickly volunteered to Q this week but forgot to add his name to the spreadsheet.  As Wednesday was fast approaching another leader emerged in Paper Jam, who reluctantly conceded to YHC to take the reigns this morning.  Paper Jam may have regrets after he experienced what I had in mind.  Besides trying to push the pace YHC loves the challenge of a good hill workout.  The town of Lexington has had Main Street under construction and so YHC looked for options outside of Butler Loops to provide the thrills and yet allow all pax the opportunity to come fellowship with a few alternatives.

Tclaps to Floppy Disk for taking the challenge of climbing Old Cherokee, he did add to it to reach 5.2 miles.  YHC appreciated the support by all as well in conquering some of the hills of Lexington.  The temperature did begin to drop after all had returned but no sign of the blizzard.
