The Thang: Pretty simple really…B L I M P S. Add reps each time. Mark your progress on the scorecard and see how many you can do in 40 minutes. A link to the results is posted below.
Disclaimer: I did change the L from Lunges to LBC in an attempt to get some ab work in. Round 1 started with:
- 1 Burpee
- 2 LBCs
- 3 Imperial Walkers
- 4 Merkins
- 5 Plank Jacks
- 6 Squats
Round 2 started with 2 burpees and each other exercise increased by the number of burpees for that round. For example:
- 2 Burpees
- 4 LBCs
- 6 Imperial Walkers
- 8 Merkins
- 10 Plank Jacks
- 12 Squats
The number of reps increases quickly as you get into the higher rounds with reps for Round 10:
- 10 Burpees
- 20 LBCs
- 30 Imperial Walkers
- 40 Merkins
- 50 Plank Jacks
- 60 Squats
