The Thang:
Mosey to practice field and grab cinder blocks (Spackle chose poorly)…..At this point several of the pax pointed out that Bulldog
would have already had the blocks set out upon arrival. Mosey to football field w/ blocks.
Warmup:

Merkins single count 12, feet on blocks
(PYT was having flashbacks of a prior Q where the pax did Merkins for 45 straight minutes and suggested we needed a few more so…..)

Mosey to Sideline, start work w/ blocks
1. Clean and Press, 30 count
2. Thrusters, 20 count
3. Kettlebell Swing, 20 count
4. Bench Press, 20 count
4. Low Crawl, pushing block to midfield, walk with block overhead to other sideline
Partner Up on other sideline
1. Pushups on Blocks, 15 oyo while other partner does suicides
Mosey to Endzone
1. Farmers Walk with two blocks around opposite field goal and back while partner does 25 burpees. Switch.
2. Partner does 15 pushups on blocks, while other partner sprints around opposite field goal and back. Switch
3. Thrusters, 20 count while partner sprints around field goal. Switch.
Solid 45 minutes of strength training from the Pax on a cold, gloomy morning. I encourage future Q’s to take advantage of the cinder blocks, poles, etc.
that are at our disposal.
