YHC signs up on the Q sheet months in advance and had no idea that the 22nd was Turkey Day. It was a classic fartsack day that YHC was forced to post for and it was good. YHC had two Qs planed and opted for this one.

Mosey to the field. Do modified burpee mile. A burpee every light pole around the near fields. Mosey to the far corner.
Using 10 poles rounds are as follow, starting at 10 decreasing 1 rep every pole, then follow track back to starting pole:
Merkins, alternate lunges and bearcrawls, Burpees, Big boy situps, Squats
Mosey back to the shed.
Good work by all the pax. Holidays can be easy fartsack days and the 4 pax that posted worked hard. Always a pleasure to lead the men of Shawshank. The pax covered about 2.7 miles.
