YHC has been trying for sometime to get out here on Q the men of C.A.T. Due to surgeries and scheduling conflicts it has taken YHC forever to get out here. YHC knows that these dudes put in work and today was no different. YHC was nice to the PAX and “allowed” them to use the breezeway so the PAX would stay dry. Maybe is was so YHC could stay dry…you may never know! YHC can say that this group really gave it all the had today. It was a long time AMRAPing these exercises! YHC’s body already hates him and it is going to get worse! Way to EMBRACE THE SUCK MEN!!

The Thang
1 PAX will grab the #80 sandbag AKA “BIG BOY” and carry it down to the opening in the breezeway. Then modified due to large group to the 2nd car. Then modified to the shovel flag (Around 60-70 yards round trip. When he gets back he will hand it off. All other PAX will AMRAP the exercise below until it is their turn on the Big Boy sandbag.

YHC did a little if each of these and laid on the ground writhing in pain from the muscle fatigue!
