Voltron shot me a message earlier in the week asking if I would consider Qing at Arena in place of Knozit. Since Voltron is always willing and eager to Q at Turning Point, I figured the least I could do was return the favor. 8 PAX showed for a post natty bootcamp in the cold. Good times had by all, good to meet some new PAX and good to see some I hadn’t seen in a while.
Weather- about 30 and clear
The THANG- mosey around the inner loop of the parking lot and circle up by the shovel flag for COP: SSH x 10, TTT x 10, Arm circle circuit x 10, Squats x 10, Imperial Squalkers x 10.
Mosey to bottom corner of inner loop and partner up. Partner 1 had the option of running the inner loop or lunging the tree over yonder and back. Partner 2 had to perform the designated exercise until partner 1 came back, then flap jack.
- Burpees
- BBSU
- Combination of merkins, hand release merkins, Carolina dry docks
- Combination of mt. climbers, plank jacks, and rock hoppers
- Wall sits
After that was complete everyone got some curb and we did some curb hop variations and then went over to the parking lot for some line hop variations.
We finished with some short sprints in the parking lot and then 8 min of Mary.

Devo from Ezekiel 37- Valley of Dry Bones. Y’all read that prophesy sometimes. To things that immediately stuck out:
- Ezekiel didn’t question God when God told him to speak to dry bones laying there…. my takeaway is that we try to rationalize what God can do as a human sometimes… Ezekiel just trusted God and did what he was called to do
- We are those dry bones, dead in our sin and in need of God to breathe life into us.
