“Get Your Burpees Back ‘Merica”

12 PAX Posted at TP in the early gloom to have their intestinal fortitude tested by YHC.  It soon became evident that it is not the length of the Weinke that defines a Boot camp, but by what is written on it.  And when you see the same word over and over again, you know it will take the PAX a long time to forget this one!

Conditions: One deranged Q and 12 eager PAX… oh yeah, 45 clear and calm, with a moist layer on top of the earth.

The Thang:

mosey to the field  with some high knees, butt kicks, karaoke, and back’ards run up a little hill.

COP: 10 Burpees OYO, SSH 15 IC, 9 Burpees OYO, TTT 15 IC, 8 Burpees OYO, WM 15 IC, 7 Burpees OYO, Merkins 15 IC, 6 Burpees OYO, Carolina DD 15 IC, 5 Burpees OYO, MC 15 IC, 4 Burpees OYO, Plank Jacks 15 IC, 3 Burpees OYO, Squat knee raises 16 OYO, 2 Burpees OYO, LBAC 10 EW IC, 1 Burpee OYO.

mosey to the edge of the track for some 11’s… and you guessed it, Burpees, with lunges (both legs =1 rep) across the field.  plank it up when done.

Line up on the far side of the track.  draw your attention to the cones we just passed doing the 11’s.

Crab walk to first cone, 5 burpees. crab walk back and 5 more Burpees.

Bear crawl to 2nd cone, 5 burpees. bear crawl back and 5 more burpees

Retro run to 3rd cone, 5 burpees.  retro run back and 5 more burpees

Karaoke to 4th cone, 5 burpees. karaoke back and 5 more burpees

Whoa Joe to 5th cone, 5 burpees. whoa joe back and 5 more burpees

now sprint to each cone and the opposite side of the track and perform one burpee at each cone down and back.

you have now completed 171 Burpees! you may now go to Disney world! and you will be safe from losing any hands/arms on the roller coasters, as you will be unable to lift your arms above your head for the foreseeable future.  #urbanlegend

Mole skin:

Great work put in by all PAX.  Lots of Burpees during the workout, no merlot or injuries (that we know of yet).   Excellent mumble chatter today.  Was great to see some of F3Lex’s most renown Q’s taking a day off from the Q list and enjoying a good beating with the rest of the Pax. #Probowl.  I encourage the PAX to continue to push themselves.  They are doing a great job.  Indeed, I’m proud to have them as my brothers.

The Take Away:

I continue to learn that through God’s Grace, we are ordinary men, doing Extra ordinary things both, early in the morning and throughout the day.

    T-Claps for a great Q CandyStripe!!! Lets just say it’s a love/hate relationship after today!

    It’s doing those things you hate (in this case burpees) that makes you BETTER!
