Conditions: 29 degrees and crisp
The Thang: Call to the bullpen Q…..combine what you know into one Q
Mosey down to football field and warm-up with SSHs x 20 IC and TTT x 20 IC
Split into groups of three. Send two to one sideline and the other to the opposite sideline. One person sprints across the field and tags out, the second team member sprints across the field and tags out with the third team member. Third team member sprints across the field…..we kept this up for 20 minutes straight and got a solid warm-up in. Everybody was cooked and ready for pain stations after that.
So, we moseyed up to the pressbox where the PAX found several blocks spread out before them. Choose your block wisely.
The next 20 minutes, YHC called out 19 exercises with the blocks and the PAX completed 10 reps of each exercise. Here’s what we did:
SSHs (actually without a block), Plank Jacks on the block, Mtn Climbers on the block, Monkey Humpers (actually without a block), Block Merkins, Decline Block Merkins, Low Plank Shoulder taps with the block, Man-Makers with the block, Low Plank feet on block, Block curls, Shoulder Press with block, Chest Press with block, Iron Crosses with block, BBSUs with feet in block, LBCs with feet in block, Russian Twists with Block, Iron Crosse/Chest Press with block, Goblet squats with block, calf raises with block, & finally……we ran out of time.
Shake & Bake ran 6 miles before and during bootcamp and joined us for pain stations.
Solid effort from a lot of RESPECT this morning…..thought I was going to be the only kid out there…..then Rebar saved YHC. Always appreciate you guys coming out…even on a bitter cold morning like today.
