Mozey over to the bus loop road, Circle up

Mozey to between the gate and the bus loop and Circle up
- SlowMo Squats x 10 IC
Mozey to the breezeway for instructions for the THANG:
- Merkins until (near) failure, remember your count
- BBSU x (Your merk reps) OYO
- Squats x (Your merk reps) OYO
- Run a lap (or more as needed to recover for the next set)
- Rinse and Repeat, Merks to (near) failure to set your reps

Habits have been a topic that has come to mind here recently. Habits can take root without even knowing it. Seems like bad habits set in faster that good habit take hold. Sometimes they can become subconscious that we do automatically and don’t even realize it. The verse above is a good description of how that process can work.
In order to create new good habits, you have to WANT to make the change.
