Mosey to the football field start around, cut across @ the 32, continue down the side line to the opposite 32, cut across

Circle up:

Little Baby Arm Circles 16 forward/16 backwards IC

The QIC noticed that the burpee was not a happy exercise this morning

Mosey to the goal line:

Round 1: bear crawl to the 25, 8 LBC’s, bear crawl to the 50, 8 LBC’s, bear crawl to the 25 8 LBC’s, bear crawl to the goal line, 8 LBC’s…plank when your done

Round 2: sprint to the 25, 8 squats, sprint to the 50, 8 squats, sprint to the 25 8 squats, sprint to the goal line, 8 squats…plank when your done

Round 3: lunge to the 25, 8 big boy sit ups, lunge to the 50, 8 big boy sit ups, lunge to the 25 8 big boy sit ups, lunge to the goal line, 8 big boy sit ups …plank when your done….right arm 10 secs, left arm 10 secs

Round 4: sprint to the 25, 8 Burpees, sprint to the 50, 8 Burpees, sprint to the 25 8 Burpees, sprint to the goal line, 8 Burpees …plank when your done….right leg 10 secs, left leg 10 secs

Round 5: back pedal to the 25, 8 Carolina Dry Docks, back pedal to the 50, 8 Carolina Dry Docks, back pedal to the 25 8 Carolina Dry Docks, back pedal to the goal line, 8 Carolina Dry Docks …plank when your done….right leg/left arm 10 secs, left leg/right arm 10 secs

Round 6: sprint to the 25, 8 Burpees, sprint to the 50, 8 Burpees, sprint to the 25 8 Burpees, sprint to the goal line, 8 Burpees …plank when your done

Round 7, this is the hardest round to find talnent…. Burpee Broad Jump to the 25, 8 squats, Burpee Broad Jump to the 50, 8 squats, Burpee Broad Jump to the 25 8 squats, Burpee Broad Jump to the goal line, 8 squats …plank when your done

After rd 7 QIC heard some grumbles of taking it ot the flag, but we still had time, count off by 2’s, 1’ on 1 hash, 2’s on the other, over under to the goal line.
