A couple requests to Q, scheduling issues, Kid Moves, etc etc YHC landed at CAT this morning, and unfamiliar place. The wind was crisp and the PAX were ready. Here’s what went down:

Mosey over to front lot where the Hollow hooligans were playing.
At this point, YHC grabbed up the Hollow PAX – YHC wasn’t going to Travel West and NOT see them.

Mosey over to center of parking lot – directions were simple:
Sprint to opposite side – 5 burpees
Spring back – 5 burpees
Rinse and repeat x3
When finished, mosey back to front field where Banjo was beating on the CAT PAX.
Scoop up CAT men, make the trek back to the block pile.
