27 Pax’s showed up to Graveyard expecting the usual PYT routine. I don’t think YHC disappointed!!!! Upon YHC arrival, he asked the ole wise man (Ranger) would he rather do a shoulder workout or wind sprints. To YHC surprise the ole wise man (Ranger) said, “Lets do wind sprints” So wind sprints are what we did.
Conditions: Muggy (But a nice muggy if there’s such a thing)
The Thang:
Mosey down to football field
Jogged 1 lap around then circled up for COP

this routing carried out for the majority of the 45 minutes until we reached 3000 yards total. We stopped on occasion to throw in more Merkins, because you should never waste an opportunity to do more Merkins. Who doesn’t like good ole merkins? Ranger does!!! And just so we could break up the monotony we did some more abs in there as well. The goal of YHC was to break one of these men and hopefully see a little Merlot, but they all hung in there and pushed through to the end. So if you think the workout sounded boring or not original, I just have this to say,
“YHC doesn’t really care what you think or say about his workouts, but if you wish to come and experience one for yourself know this. If you don’t leave feeling stronger or completely beat down well its on you my friend because PYT is gonna give you all he has for 45 mins.
