Workout: YHC brought the bluetooth speaker that the M bought for Christmas and we worked out to some 70’s music. The M might take it back if it isn’t used more! In anticipation of some rain this morning YHC brought out the F3 deck of cards.
The workout consisted of alternating PAX pulling a card from the top of the deck. The PAX who pulled the card was the timer and would proceed down the parking lot the number of spaces matching the number on the card. The remaining PAX would do AMRAP of the exercise shown on the card. Once all the PAX had pulled a card, the second round would start and so on. We managed to make it through four rounds and finished right on time.
To keep things interesting, YHC pulled out any cards lower than 5, and any “running” cards. Kiffen was lucky and got three of the 4 kings! Seems like there are a lot of merkin exercises in this modified deck!
