Cryptonite Sprints the Campus, Among Other Stuff

Every region of F3 should have at least one AO that is devoted to pushing the standards of work and fitness for the men in its area. That was the thinking behind the creation of Battle in Columbia, which we had taken from the Young Guns workout in Charlotte. Cryptonite strives to be the most challenging workout for F3 Lexington. Such workouts are essential so that the bar is continually being set by those brazen enough to confront the weekly test of the workout. Here’s what Cryptonite did on Saturday in an effort to keep the standard high.
