13 Pax posted this morning for the first Krispy Kreme donut run. #Crusade and #Stride converged at Krispy Kreme on Rt. 378 for what I call a counter-productive run. That’s if you eat the donut’s, and who doesn’t like a hot donut on a cold morning following 45 minutes of running.
Conditions: Much colder than the day before. 35 degrees

The Thang:
Leave Krispy Kreme and head east on route 378. Run as far as you can in 22 minutes, turn around and head back to Krispy Kreme. Nice and easy and mostly flat.
Moleskin:
Great work by everyone this morning. Some made it all the way down past Target until they ran out of sidewalk. All 13 stuck around for some 2nd F, and donuts of course. This donut run will be held on a monthly basis. Most likely 2 weeks after the dam 5k which is held the 3rd or 4th Friday of every month.
